For the safety and health of all our furry customers, grooming items (like the GentleTrim Clippers and FurFree Remover) and travel bottles cannot be returned if they have been used, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your smart tech (like the FeedMate Feeder) arrives damaged or isn't working perfectly, please contact us immediately with a photo or video. We will happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
